SAVE THE DATE | OPERATION WIPE OUT Summit Friday, January 22, 2027 · Huntsville, Alabama

Mission: Elimination. Full Speed Ahead.

We are pleased to announce that Tamika Felder — Cervical Cancer Survivor, founder and Chief Visionary of Cervivor, Inc. — will join us as a featured speaker at the 2027 OPERATION WIPE OUT Summit in Huntsville. Additional speakers will be announced in the coming weeks.

Alabama ranks third in the nation for cervical cancer incidence and mortality, yet cervical cancer remains among the most preventable cancers we face. The tools already exist: HPV vaccination, cervical cancer screening, and timely follow-up after abnormal results. The work ahead is access, coordination, and follow-through.

The summit will bring together health care providers, public health leaders, business and civic partners, and community advocates from across the state to measure our progress and decide what it takes to complete the mission.

About OPERATION WIPE OUT

OPERATION WIPE OUT is working to eliminate cervical cancer in Alabama through awareness, HPV vaccination, screening, and follow-up/treatment, with the goal of making Alabama the first state in the nation to eliminate cervical cancer as a public health problem. Learn more at operationwipeout.org.

Join us for the Global Cervical Cancer Summit, powered by Cervivor, Inc., January 27–29, 2027 at the Barbara Jordan Conference Center in Washington, D.C. during Cervical Cancer Awareness Month.

The Summit brings together patients, survivors, clinicians, researchers, social workers, nurses, navigators, and caregivers to share knowledge, forge connections, and drive meaningful change. It is designed to:

• Empower patients, survivors, caregivers, and advocates through connection, education, and community

• Honor 22 years of progress in cervical cancer awareness, research, and support through the lens of the patient advocate

• Inspire a new era of hope, resilience, and collective action
